Meghna Gulzar’s movie is being highly appreciated by Raazi Critics and the audience. Meghna Gulzar told in a making video of Raazi that she had to face the difficulties in making Pakistan on a location in Punjab. Meghna said that she had to convert a congested place in Punjab into the Pakistani city of Rawalpindi in 1971. For this, she got the board of many shops in Urdu and show Muslims around.
The interesting fact is that the interior location was made in the house in Mumbai and the market place of Rawalpindi was built in Punjab. Raazi production designer Subroto Chakraborty said, “It was so crowded that it would have been difficult to walk, we control all the crowd, removed all the boards and reinstalled their boards in Urdu to make it a correct location.
