Dehradun : Raju Rastogi of ‘Three Idiots’, film actor Sharman Joshi will be seen in ‘Kashi’ in different role.
In this film, Sharman is in the role of a young man in Banaras. The film will be released on October 26. Sharman Joshi, who arrived in Doon in a private event, told that for a long time he was waiting for a character that he could call his dream role.
He said that this character played in the film Kashi is similar. This is his most different and challenging character till now. He told that this is a suspense thriller film. In this he was in search of his missing sister Ganga.
He told that there is a unique confluence of action and mystery in the story. Only after reading the script of the film, he had said yes to sign it. Told that this character can prove to be the foundation stone for his career. Just a few days back, the trailer of the film has been launched, which has seen viewed by more than 91 lakh people.
Originally Patna’s living film director Dhiraj Kumar and writer Manish Kumar’s first Hindi film. He told that the audience will see the beauty of Banaras in the film. Here the streets, the khulhar tea, the Banarasi paan and the river Ganges will all like. Also in the film, the scenes filmed in Mussoorie will also be seen.
Dheeraj and Manish are childhood friends.They has been working on the story of this film for a long time. When the story of the film is complete, both of them have thought of fixing the name of the actor for the lead role, then both of them consider Sherman Joshi fit for the role.
